Did you "Request a Physical Passport" after successful completion of the course?

- if no : please see FAQ : Request and delivery of your Physical Passport

- if yes : please allow processing and postage time of 11 weeks after date set in  "Date sent to printer".

You can check this date under the button "My History”.
